MANA! Fast Slow Food has recently launched a brand new Burger Pop Up in Hong Kong, not only is it the first venue in Asia to offer a ‘Build Your Own Plant-Based Burger’ concept, but it is exclusively made with pure plant-based ingredients and not produced in factories or labs.
Plant-based burgers are all the rage at the moment, Impossible Foods and Beyond meat have made significant headway in this market. However, did we ever stop to consider that these products continue to pull us away from a whole foods nutritious diet and into a processed food danger zone?
Made By Hands, Not On Assembly Lines
These burgers are made from superfood ingredients such as Beetroot, Quinoa, Cauliflower, and Lentils. All patties are made by hand daily, and use pure plant ingredients with no fillers or preservatives. These burgers are rich in protein, fiber, minerals, and vitamins. All their buns are homemade using only organic wholesome wholegrain or gluten-free multigrain, you can also opt for the “naked leaf” bun a.k.a swiss chard! Drench your burger with a range of homemade sauces, including Chipotle, Tahini, Tzatziki, or their famous mouthwatering Garlicnaise. To complete this personalised plant-based experience top your burger with your choice of 15 delicious fresh toppings.
